Are you looking for a new design for your landscape?
We offer a full range of landscape design options from designer consultations to full scale landscape plans.
Consultations:
Our designer consultations start at $250 and consist of a 2 hour meeting with one of our designers in your home and a custom plant list will be provided after the consultation. During the consultation, you will walk your property with our designer who will discuss the merits of your existing landscape along with giving ideas of how to change it. The designer will discuss irrigation needs, soil needs, hardscape ideas and of course plants. After the property walk-through, there is a sit-down discussion between you and the designer. During this time, preliminary ideas of how to make your landscape more usable and inviting will be discussed and questions answered about varieties of plants, color schemes, landscape themes and what kind of plan you may need. Whether you are looking for a meditation retreat or a party palace. You and our designer can come up with the best ideas to make your landscape the place you want to be.
Plans:
A landscape plan is a necessary component to creating the best landscape. An accurate plan will not only help with creating more accurate estimates but will also be an accurate guide map for correct installation especially if your installation is to be done in phases.
Plans range in price from $500 for a simple sketch out of hardscape and softscape, up to $3,000 for full landscape plan and portfolio.
Simple Sketch:
A simple sketch consists of either an AutoCAD mock-up of the landscape features to be sketched out or a hand drawn sketch of your yard with accurate dimensions but with generalized placement of hardscape and plantings. It is most often used only if either our company is doing the installation and/or the designer will be on-site during key installation times.
Full Plans:
A full plan is an accurate 'to scale' plan done in either AutoCAD or hand drawn with precise placement of hardscape features and plantings. A full plan is recommended whenever an installation is to be installed in phases or a homeowner is planning to install on their own.
Full Landscape Plans with Portfolio:
Full Landscape Plans with Portfolio is a Full Plan as described above which also includes additional layout for irrigation, drainage and lighting, construction notes, supply lists, permit and regulation information of the residence city and further instructions on amendments and plant requirements. Full Landscape Plans with Portfolio is recommended when an landscape is to be installed at a later date or by a different construction company.
